By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an introduction or using any website feature, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Legal Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

  1. Purpose of the Website

This website provides information about international client coordination, Bulgarian legal services, professional introductions, document preparation, notarial services, translation, interpretation, LegalShield plans, consulting, Bulgarian real estate and accommodation in Varna.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Availability of a service depends on the circumstances of the request, applicable law, professional licensing requirements and acceptance by the person or entity providing the service.

  1. THISPARTA, LLC and Your Private Advocate

Your Private Advocate is a business and service brand operated by THISPARTA, LLC.

THISPARTA, LLC and Your Private Advocate are not law firms. They provide authorized business, administrative, coordination, document preparation, notarial, translation, interpretation, consulting and professional introduction services.

Bulgarian legal services may be provided separately by Vassily Kolganov in his capacity as an attorney admitted to practice in the Republic of Bulgaria.

United States legal advice or representation may be provided only by an attorney independently licensed and authorized to handle the particular matter.

  1. No Legal Advice Through the Website

Information appearing on this website does not constitute individualized legal, tax, accounting, immigration, investment, financial or real-estate advice.

You should consult an appropriately licensed professional before making a decision based on information found on the website.

Vassily Kolganov is not admitted to practice law in Nevada and does not provide Nevada legal advice or representation.

  1. No Automatic Professional Relationship

Accessing the website, submitting a form, communicating with us, making a payment or requesting an introduction does not automatically create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship.

A professional relationship is created only when the appropriate professional accepts the matter and the parties complete any required engagement agreement.

Your Private Advocate may decline an inquiry or introduction request for any lawful reason and is not required to locate or recommend a professional for every matter.

  1. Information Submitted by Users

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading.

You must not use the website to submit:

• Information that you are not authorized to disclose;
• False, fraudulent, defamatory or unlawful material;
• Malicious software, automated messages or spam;
• Payment-card numbers, passwords or complete financial-account credentials; or
• Highly sensitive information unless we have specifically requested it and provided an appropriate method of transmission.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information and documents you provide.

  1. Professional Introduction Requests

If you request an introduction to an attorney, accountant or another professional, you authorize Your Private Advocate to review the information submitted for the purpose of evaluating and coordinating your request.

Your identifying information and the details of your inquiry will not be shared with an independent professional without your permission, except when required by law.

An introduction does not guarantee that the professional:

• Will accept your matter;
• Is available within a requested period;
• Will offer a particular fee; or
• Will obtain a particular result.

Each independent professional is responsible for confirming licensing, conflicts, engagement terms, fees and the scope of the professional relationship.

  1. Document Preparation and Notarial Services

Nevada document preparation services are limited to the activities permitted for a licensed Nevada document preparation service. Document preparation does not include legal advice, legal strategy or courtroom representation.

Notarial and remote online notarial services are separate from legal representation. Notarization verifies identity and the performance of an authorized notarial act but does not establish that a document is legally sufficient or appropriate for a particular purpose.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and determining the requirements of the receiving court, agency, consulate or institution.

  1. Translation and Interpretation

Translation and interpretation services are intended to facilitate communication.

We do not guarantee that a translation will be accepted by a particular court, government agency, consulate or private organization unless the applicable requirements have been confirmed in advance.

The customer must disclose any certification, apostille, legalization, formatting or deadline requirements before the service begins.

  1. LegalShield

Vassily Kolganov participates as an independent LegalShield associate.

LegalShield memberships, benefits, eligibility, attorney assignments, exclusions and provider-law-firm services are governed by LegalShield’s separate plans, contracts and policies.

THISPARTA, LLC and Your Private Advocate do not control LegalShield’s coverage decisions or the legal services provided by LegalShield provider law firms.

  1. Payments

Payments may be accepted through PayPal or another approved payment method.

You agree to submit payment only after the service, reservation or amount has been confirmed. A payment does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or require an independent professional to accept a matter.

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation conditions and refund eligibility may vary according to the service and will be governed by the applicable invoice, reservation terms, engagement agreement or written confirmation.

Except when required by law or provided in separate written terms, fees for work already performed, completed document preparation, translations, notarial acts, consultations and third-party expenses may be nonrefundable.

You are responsible for reviewing the service description and confirmed amount before completing payment.

  1. VARNAirbnb and Accommodation

VARNAirbnb provides short-term accommodation in Varna, Bulgaria. Neither VARNAirbnb nor THISPARTA, LLC operates as a travel agency, tour operator or transportation provider.

Accommodation reservations are optional and separate from legal, consulting and other professional services. Booking accommodation does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not required to request another service.

Accommodation availability, pricing, deposits, cancellations, occupancy, check-in, property rules and refunds are governed by the applicable reservation confirmation and property rules.

No immigration, residency, investment, relocation, property-purchase or other outcome is promised in connection with an accommodation reservation.

  1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website;
• Copy or extract website content through automated means;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Use the website to transmit illegal, harmful or deceptive material;
• Misuse contact forms or payment functions; or
• Use our name, logo or content in a manner suggesting an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

We may restrict access to the website when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

  1. Intellectual Property

The website design, written content, graphics, photographs, branding, Your Private Advocate name, YPA emblem and associated logo elements are owned by or used with authorization by THISPARTA, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

You may view and print website content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license or use our content, logo or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

References to third-party names, trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may provide access or links to PayPal, LegalShield, government agencies, social-media platforms, independent professionals and other third parties.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, prices, policies or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee approval, success, recovery, citizenship, immigration status, residency, investment performance, property availability, professional acceptance or any other particular result.

Examples, professional histories, testimonials and previous outcomes do not promise or predict the result of another matter.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete or free from errors. We may change, suspend or remove website content or features without prior notice.

The terms of a separate engagement, service agreement, invoice or accommodation reservation will control the responsibilities associated with that particular service.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use when the website, services or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Separate Bulgarian legal services, accommodation reservations, professional engagements and consumer transactions may be governed by other applicable laws and their own written agreements.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to that consumer.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
