Your Private Advocate is a business and service brand operated by THISPARTA, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

THISPARTA, LLC and Your Private Advocate are not law firms. They provide international client coordination, document preparation, notarial, translation, interpretation, consulting, accommodation-related and professional introduction services.

References to “our network,” “our professionals” or “trusted professionals” do not mean that the professionals are employees, partners or agents of THISPARTA, LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. Vassily Kolganov and Bulgarian Legal Services

Vassily Kolganov is an attorney admitted to practice law in the Republic of Bulgaria. Any legal services personally provided by him are limited to matters of Bulgarian law and are subject to a separate agreement establishing the scope of representation.

Vassily Kolganov is not admitted to practice law in Nevada and does not hold himself out as a Nevada or United States attorney. His work from the Las Vegas office is limited to services he is legally authorized to provide, including international coordination, document preparation, notarial services, translation, interpretation and communication support.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as offering Nevada legal representation by Vassily Kolganov.

  1. United States Legal Matters

United States legal advice and representation are provided only by attorneys who are independently licensed and authorized to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Certain United States matters may be reviewed or handled by attorney Garth A. Molander, but only when he is legally authorized to do so and only after a separate attorney-client relationship has been established.

If a matter requires a license or jurisdictional authority that the reviewing attorney does not possess, the client may be introduced to another appropriately licensed independent attorney. Your Private Advocate may assist with communication and coordination but does not guarantee that any attorney will accept a matter.

  1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, communicating by telephone, email, Viber or WhatsApp, making a payment or receiving an introduction does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship exists only after the attorney has reviewed the matter, confirmed that no conflict or other restriction prevents representation, agreed to accept the matter and entered into an appropriate written engagement agreement where required.

Do not send confidential, privileged or time-sensitive information until the appropriate professional has confirmed that the information may be submitted and that a professional relationship has been established.

Your Private Advocate may introduce clients to independent attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, notaries, real-estate professionals or other service providers.

Each professional is independently responsible for:

• Determining whether to accept a matter;
• Confirming the professional’s licensing and jurisdictional authority;
• Establishing the terms and fees for the engagement;
• Providing the professional service; and
• Complying with applicable professional and ethical obligations.

Your Private Advocate does not control or guarantee the judgment, advice, performance, availability or results of an independent professional.

Information identifying a prospective client will not be shared with an independent professional without the client’s permission, except when disclosure is required by law.

  1. Nevada Document Preparation Services

Document preparation services in Nevada are provided only within the scope permitted for a licensed Nevada document preparation service.

Document preparation may include preparing or completing documents based on information and direction supplied by the client. It does not include selecting legal strategies, providing individualized legal advice, representing a person in court or deciding what legal action the person should take.

Clients who require legal advice will be encouraged to consult an appropriately licensed attorney.

  1. Notarial Services

Notarial and remote online notarial services are separate from legal representation. A notary verifies identity, witnesses signatures and performs authorized notarial acts but does not provide legal advice by acting as a notary.

Notarization does not establish that a document is legally sufficient, enforceable or appropriate for a particular purpose.

  1. Translation and Interpretation

Translation and interpretation services are intended to facilitate communication. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, translations are not certified legal opinions and do not guarantee acceptance by a court, government agency, consulate or other institution.

The client is responsible for confirming the particular certification, legalization, apostille or formatting requirements of the receiving authority.

Legal representation concerning Bulgarian real estate requires a separate agreement. Brokerage, appraisal, tax, investment and other regulated services must be provided by appropriately qualified professionals when required.

VARNAirbnb provides short-term accommodation in Varna, Bulgaria. Neither VARNAirbnb nor THISPARTA, LLC operates as a travel agency, tour operator or transportation provider.

The accommodation may be useful to visitors who wish to experience Varna while considering a future extended stay, relocation or property purchase, but no particular immigration, residency, investment or real-estate outcome is promised.

Accommodation reservations are optional and separate from all legal, consulting and other professional services offered through Your Private Advocate. Booking accommodation does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not required to request or receive another service.

  1. Payments

A payment made through PayPal or another payment method does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a professional matter.

Payments should be made only after the applicable service, reservation, professional engagement and amount have been confirmed. Payments for independent professional services may be subject to separate terms established by the professional providing the service.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Past experience, professional background, testimonials, examples, introductions and descriptions of previous matters do not guarantee a similar result.

Legal, immigration, administrative, business, tax, real-estate and professional matters involve circumstances beyond the control of THISPARTA, LLC, Your Private Advocate and any professional involved.

No statement on this website should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of approval, success, recovery, immigration status, citizenship, residency, investment return or other particular outcome.
